XTIA Brand — 2026 Strategic Plan
Overview & Market Context
As we approach the halfway point of 2026, it is important to reflect on the broader landscape shaping our business. The period spanning late 2025 through early 2026 has marked an explosive growth phase for AI-driven applications. A direct consequence of this has been a significant surge in RAM prices, which has made DIY PC building considerably more challenging and expensive for enthusiasts. XTIA has not been immune to these headwinds, and we have faced notable operational difficulties as a result.
Core Priority: Reducing Customer Cost
Our primary focus for 2026 is to lower the total cost of ownership for our customers. We will continue refining our manufacturing processes and exploring other levers to make our products more accessible and affordable. This remains one of our most important commitments this year.
Logistics Infrastructure (2025 Achievement)
As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce costs, we established a US-based overseas warehouse in 2025. This has meaningfully reduced shipping costs for our North American customers and continues to serve as a key part of our fulfillment strategy.
MAT X Series Launch
We have officially launched our MAT X product line. Early feedback from both our internal design team and customers has been broadly positive. That said, we have not yet invested heavily in overseas marketing for this product. Our current go-to-market approach is to offer it at a lower introductory price, with the expectation that satisfied customers will organically support our promotion efforts through word of mouth and community sharing.
Smart Hardware & Peripherals
We will continue to invest in smart hardware adjacent to our core PC products, including peripherals such as keyboards. We acknowledge that this product line has faced persistent challenges, but we remain committed to developing it further.
New Curation Channel
We are launching a new channel dedicated to curating third-party products that our team finds genuinely interesting — items outside of our own product line. Leveraging our existing logistics infrastructure, we aim to deliver these products to customers at lower-than-market prices. In the initial phase, we will operate this channel at minimal or no margin as we validate the model. We encourage customers who are already purchasing cases or other XTIA products to explore this new category and give it a try.
